1. 📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is *damaged, **defective, or *incorrect.
- You have received the wrong product.
- The item is *unused, in its *original packaging, and with all tags/accessories included.
🕒 *Return Window: Returns must be requested within *7 days of delivery.
❗*Note: We do *not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Opened consumable puja items (like powders, oils, incense).
- Products purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”.
- Software or computer accessories with tampered packaging or serial number.
2. 📸 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at nisargthakkar1988@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
- Reason for return
- We will review and respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
3. 🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to a damaged/defective/wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., customer changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
4. 💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, etc.).
- In case of prepaid orders, refunds will reflect in your bank or wallet within 7–10 days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (please provide account details).
5. 🔁 Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong items sent
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
